No pictures. Had a roll for breakfast/Lunch: Sliced meat, cucumber, tomato, onion, pepper, cheese, lettuce, kempe mayonaise.

Dinner was southern chicken piece cooked in the oven with home made chips with the same salad as on the lunch rolls.

Desert was an apple and some grapes

One of my kind of soups.. Carrots, zucchini, garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, olive oil, pasta made with egg. In the broth I added carob powder and soya sauce..:)

Cat just woke me up, so lunch is in about 7 hours, and I will probably end up stopping by a local deli for something involving tuna salad in a few hours.

this is weird but I tried to put steel cut oats in my rice cooker overnight. we'll see how it is.
