Oh wow - where to start..... fruit or pasta are my favorites. Just as long as it's not ALL lettuce and one or two croutons or one or two slices of mushroom, y'know?

@sassycookie: I've had salads where honestly it was a head of lettuce chopped up and hidden inside were two croutons and two slices of mushroom.
