Focus on my health and gym, potatoes cooked in sardines fat, mildly spiced and finished with Spinach. Whatyal think?
Gives me all nutrients and carbs, I use inexpensive sardines canned, potatoes,onion, cumin and dried red chilly, finished with Spinach which is rich in Iron.This goes well with naan bread and I will supplement with a good amount of eggs and proteins.
