@BuzzedLightyear Ah...smoking 'em. Even better. I've got 2 grills and 2 smokers at home. Always like dry days.

@BizSuitStacy Sweet. I really I need to upgrade my grills. I have a natural gas grill that I'm using today with just a couple of tin foil containers with soaked wood chips in them for the smoke. The only other thing I have is a Weber charcoal keddle. I'm definitely looking to upgrade.
@BuzzedLightyear Sounds like my setup. I have a natural gas grill (got sick of propane tanks) and charcoal kettle style. I have a bullet smoker that I don't use, and a pellet smoker which I really like.

Did you peel the membrane off first? It almost looks like you didn't...

@NativePortlander1970 I was so pleasantly surprised because I've been struggling with that.
@BuzzedLightyear So I am surmising the white stuff is some sort of sauce then.
