This time of year it has to be Shepherd's pie.
Lamb mince fried on the hob. (at this point add anything you like...which technically turns it into a Cottage pie)
Top with mashed potatoes and place under a hot grill until the top goes crunchy.
Serve with vegetables of your preference and a thick gravy.
