This weekend

Is the first weekend in two weeks that I'm going to try actual real solid food.

I'm both looking forward to it and having some trepidation.

Let's hope my gut is happy!

Begin with a rice soup. I used to have gut issues too, and rice was my go-to. Also baked potatoes

Stay away from nuts. For food, on SW and in real life too 😁😆
Can you ease into it without a lot of repercussions if your gut isn't ready yet?

Were you able to consult a doctor yet?

@ThirstenHowl Yeah. Rice dishes, baked potatoes, chicken and fish are what I'll be having mostly this weekend. Easy foods that still have some solidness to them.
