@DareToSayIT I don't really understand calorie counting. Are you training or something? I generally tend to think, piece of meat, lots of veg, 1 serving spoon of rice.
@Mellowgirl I train, but it’s important to be mindful because it’s easy to overeat without realizing it. Serving sizes vary from person to person, and those small differences can add up. I’m not saying you’re doing it wrong, but many people do struggle with what a serving size really is.
@DareToSayIT I try to eat well. My food choices may not be the same as others. But I really enjoy the contrast of salad or steamed veg against any main course I'm having. I generally try not to snack but if I do it tends to be fruit.
I don't know about you but I really have a problem with grapes, a handful is never enough
@Mellowgirl That’s some solid discipline and healthy eating! I’m a big fan of grapes too. I add them to my smoothie. Being Hawaiian, I’ve always loved my fruits.
