I'm making some beet greens

In the morning I made some olive pate from some older olives that mom wanted to throw away but seemed and tasted still pretty good, adding just olive oil, garlic and oregano.

Now I'm boiling some beet greens, it's amongst my favorite dishes... With fresh lemon juice, salt and olive oil.

And some fava that is still good in the fridge since two days ago. I will warm that up...:)

Looks and sounds tasty
That'll go good with some rye toast...
One more thing, @being... be careful when making greens; some are actually toxic, like rhubarb (the leaves are).
