Is it normal that my area doesn’t have a KFC but a Popeyes just open?

Shouldn’t be the other way around

Oh, if things in the land of Kangaroos is anything like in the USA, give it some months and a KFC will open across the street.

But yeah, KFC and Popeye's are basically the same thing.

@Ferise1 It's just we*rd here in America, I am not kidding, a type of business will open and RIGHT across the street, their main competition opens a location. I would think that would cut BOTH their revenues in half.

Like some drug stores called CVS and another called Walgreens. For a while, there was one of each on EVERY corner. Most had to close down eventually. I wonder why.

Do not even get me started about how many Chinese restaurants were on every corner.
