No, but my Doctor had me make my own homemade electrolyte drink this weekend because my BP was low. It is very easy to make. 2 oz fruit juice, 1/8 tsp salt, and then at least 6 oz of water and mix. Doesn't taste great but does the trick if you need it.

@SlippingAway You still need magnesium, two ounces of fruit juice would not have enough potassium.

@NativePortlander1970 Yes probably not, that's a good point. That's how they told me to make it but yes magnesium is good to have

@SlippingAway The bad thing is nutrition is an elective in medical school, and too many docs don't take it, when it should be mandatory.
