Waiter/waitress or server, which do you use?
Lately, I've heard them being called servers by almost everyone. Is this yet another PC phrase to add to the long list of others, such as calling actresses actors?

@CookieCrisp It's completely new to me, hadn't heard the term until a week or so ago and now hear it all the time. Perhaps it's drifted across the pond?
