Traffic is bad but not like a Monday!

Chiara made her own lunch today rather than have anything from school. Her lunches are always fruit based, since she prefers to have a light meal during the day. I keep talking to her about food groups for a growing person but she just nods at me and adds what she wants.

It’s why I add things in her food to ensure she has enough of the essential nutrients each day, and the juice we get for breakfast has added vitamins and nutrients in it. I am very careful not to make food an issue for her at this time. Yes, we do have anorexia in Italy 🇮🇹 despite it seeming to be a paradise.
