Any one know of an easy way to peel garlic?

I cut the end off where it attaches and then you can usually get the skin to just come off as you grasp it, or flexva longer piece, or use the knife you cut the end off with to gently start the peeling...

It's not hard; you'll pick it up.

@Penny that was how chef Todd Mohr taught it. I tried that but i think this stuff is too fresh.

Separated the cloves, cut off the woody ends. Submerged them in boiling water for five minutes. Cloves slid right out of husks. Just read about this method so gave it a try.
