The usual is salmon with miso glaze. It's my first time hearing about it paired with barbecue sauce. Hmm...interesting :)

@Casheyane the bbq sauce is a low sugar one and just a light coat towards the end. It pairs very well grilled in a cedar plank, I added a few wood chips to add a little smoke to mine. So good
