@Zonuss: I also like to do red bliss potatoes on the grill, I par boil them, cut them in half, and let them cool. Then roll them in some olive oil with salt, pepper, and a little curry powder. Then grill with flat side down first to get some nice grill marks on them.

@Zonuss: this reminds me I need a new grill, we've moved several times in the last few years. We went from Richmond to Upstate NY, Back to Richmond, down to Tampa, and now we are back in Ricmond - some where along the way I got rid of our rusting out Weber.
I thing the next one will be one of those combo grill and smoker setup.

@Zonuss: Tampa has gotten to be a much more expensive place to live and is overcrowded now, as compared to 8 years ago when we first looked.
the cost of living is lower in Richmond, the schools are better, there are no 5 minute traffic lights, and the payscale is WAY higher here for my field of work
