interesting. I was at the gym binging on the stair climber and then I ate half a bag of just salted popcorn.

@StygianKohlrabi As per the information on the bag, I had about 500 Calories worth of popcorn.

@ToLivePeacefully mine is 4 cups a serving at 140 so I probably had 200

actually its called ghee and pink salt
