@BobbyMoeven that’s what I’m doing, but 2 tablespoons is 5 calories, so I was wondering how many calories I consume every time I do that

I think you will need the metric system to do that

double it and add 32 ....

in your case add 332 .

I admire your perseverance to not just theorize , but to to actually apply to your theory ...

You could also jump on a scale and do I before and after , and apply the math that way ...
