I would imagine if you learned to relax your gag reflex and entire pharyngolaryngo-esophago-gastric apparatus(totally didn't look that up), you could possibly take all of it in, in one go. Boom, probably the most accurate way to do it.
But, if you want to only have a certain portion of the container, this would prove difficult.
