I'm from a different part of India, so the preferred dishes are different.

I translated the dishes below. If you ever see them in a restaurant somewhere, and feel like trying,

Steamed rice cakes, lentil and vegetable stew, thin rice and lentil pancake, and South Indian brewed coffee.

@ToLivePeacefully sounds good. The only thing I guess is sambar sounds like Sambal Oelek.
