PSA: No one wants sweet relish in thier potato salad

@Jessmari weird! cooked potatoes and mayo should not mix! mayonaise and ketchup and the likes are sauces only made for potatoes when they are baked fried or dried out in the oven! any for of crispyness!

@popmol see now you're just over complicating things. You boil the potatoes, you cut up the potates. You boil the eggs. You cut up the eggs. You cut up the celery and the scallions. Throw in some mayo and just a little bit of sea salt.. Good to go. That's all you need.

@popmol Nope. If I wanted egg salad I would make egg salad. The eggs are cut up more finely for egg salad.
