Is American food delicious?

I’ve never been to America so I don’t know, but as a point of comparison, I hate Swiss chips, but Cheetos are absolutely delicious. Is the rest of American food good like this?

I wouldn't exactly label cheetos as food...

Anyway, American cuisine varies by region.
You get delicious food in New York or the Southwest for example.

It's not all rocky mountain oysters.
