I Was Going To Make Tom Kha Soup With Chicken, Went To An International Store For The Ingredients On Monday….

Was getting the ingredients together and couldn’t find the kaffir lime leaves. I looked through the refrigerator 3 times and nothing. Irks the hell out of me when they don’t put everything in the grocery bag. Now I need to drive back to Oklahoma City and get the lime leaves before I can make that soup. There was enough of it and lemongrass to make about 6 batches of the soup.
