@Jenny1234 I always put applesauce in it. Doesn't it need eggs to rise?

@hunkalove well that I don’t know. I thought you were just using the eggs as a binder. What about self rising flour?

@Jenny1234 I think you're right. I haven't baked banana bread in about 5 years. I used to bake applesauce bread too. Same recipe.

@hunkalove look up some other alternatives, like sour cream, Greek yogurt and see what they might do

@hunkalove I’m not a good baker, but my mom was and I know she used to use a lot of this stuff because she tried to teach me, but I couldn’t catch on

@Jenny1234 I doubt I will ever bake again. I like to put an egg in my breakfast ramen. But I don't miss it.
