Have you ever considered all the vegetables you could make mashed potatoes out of?

I made these mashed sweet potatoes and I'd show you them
but I ate them already

I’ve gotten into veggie "tots". I especially like cauliflower.

@bijouxbroussard I don't much like cauliflower. But I wonder if it'd be better as a tot.
