Cheesecakes…

Cheesecakes aren’t always round.
Made this chocolate and regular filling w/strawberries

cheesecake in a loaf pan and tried a new crust method.
Used some Bailey’s and some brandy.
Turned out pretty good. I am
Ok with the cracked topping. It happens.

That looks lovely to me - a bit like Tiramsu torte - which is made with melted mars bars amongst other things..

@Captain I have made a tiramisu/ hazelnut ( see attach)but this is merely a basic filling with baking powder and powdered sugar added.
