Mac Donald's... Your first how old were you... Do you remember it? Was it a right of passage?

.... I was around 24 years old when I had my first Mc Donald's... Our children mentioned their friends went... Thought we had better go so they weren't left out... Can't say I was too impressed at the time...

The first McDonalds in the UK opened in South London in 1974 when I was at University. I don't remember how long it was before I tried one - it was about the same time as the first doner kebab takeaway opened in Central London... and I lived on those lol 🤗
