I made some really good shrimp pasta yesterday 🍝

@MartinTheFirst Thanks! But noo hahaha. I “made” it up in a way 🤔

So I just caramelised the shrimps in salt, pepper & garlic. Then I put the boiled pasta in it. Then I had grated cheese and mixed it with two egg yolks and put that mixture in the pasta mix and cooked it all together in low heat. Obviously add as much garlic and pepper as you want, I really like them so I added more. So it’s really simple 😁

@MysterySci That's the correct way to cook, the belly of my mind is proud of you 🙂‍↕ I also like making up recipes as I go. Today I'm going to try making fried pork with jasmine rice, and I think maybe adding a dash of tiger sauce and chinese bean paste to some oyster sauce might make a good coating for the pork.

@MysterySci Smokey matured chili, vinegar, worcherstershire sauce, anchovy, sugar, tamarind, and some other things I can not pinpoint. It's like almost shrimpy in its taste, very sweet and sour, and aromatic.

@MysterySci If you combine those things then you can almost get the same thing I noticed, I tried making it myself when my bottle ran out ☺ It's great on chicken wings.

@MysterySci I mixed tiger sauce, cointreau, chinese wine, oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, MSG, and sugar in a bowl. The tiger sauce added some nice heat, and the cointreau added a bit of fruityness. I'mma toss the fried pork in it later ☺
