Has this ever dawned on you..?

A big person should eat protien and workout to lose weight, and a skinny person should do that exact same thing if they wished to GAIN weight

When I was in the Australian Schoolboys Rugby team my coach told me to eat a T-Bone steak 4 - 5 times a week to put of more weight. I went from Kgs to 106Kgs in 4 weeks.

I now only ear Pork, Chicken, Fish, Tofu, Beans (lupini beans, lentils, black beans, pinto beans) & Low-fat yogurt = High protien/low fat
