@skmokisses I made it a different way and I think it was the best I ever made. I bought some sirloin steaks, very lean, and cut them into big chunks. Put potato starch on the chunks, a lot of it, and then started browning the meat with ginger, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Lawry’s seasoning salt on it. Put it in a pan with water and Beef Better Than Boullion paste and water and cook the meat for about 45 minutes and then added chunks of potatoes and carrots. The potato flour made a nice gravy like sauce, had to stir every 10 minutes or so. But it was the best I’ve ever made. And they kept saying the house smelled good when they came home.
