I'm a saver not a spender...

The difference between me and my brother is that he would rather pay 6 quid for a subway sandwich...
And I would buy a loaf of bread, ingredients like pastrami, cheese, butter, cucumber, mayonnaise, lettuce for 8 quid and make a sandwich myself for the next four days or Five if I can push it.

So, like what is that? 6 quid for 5 days ...he spent 30 quid altogether? cause he can't be arsed to make it himself.

worse than being a spender is being someone who talks badly about their brother behind his back for validation from internet strangers. . .

Eh, I've been called worse.

Arguably if more people were savers than spenders credit card debt wouldn’t be as big of an issue as it is.

@Moneyonmymind If more people were savers than spenders, the economy would break.

Being a "saver" isn't noble or virtuous, it's actually just selfishness manifested in a more socially acceptable way. It only benefits yourself, not society as a whole.

His brother is helping keep those people at Subway employed.

What does OP do with the money he save?
Probably purchase some expensive imported item. that will eventually end up in landfill.

Better to be an investor than a saver or a spender.

@FullerSchmidt yes I know the economy wouldn’t be as good but it will never be perfect 🤷🏾‍♂ I’m not gonna drown in debt to save the economy guess I’m selfish..
