The best hot chocolate I ever had was in Belgium. I now make it that way myself. Buy Belgian chocolates....chocolates wrapped in foil individually. They have a VERY low melting point. Heat milk and pour it in a cup....drop the chocolate in............or two if you want it richer......and stir until it melts. Ghirardelli melting chocolate wafers almost as good,
