What happened to Acai Juice?

I remmeber that stuff furst came to America, it was everywhere. Whenever I had to work events I would have to lug giant buckets of the stuff in concentrate.

Then today, I was in the store, and saw a bottle of V8 with Acai Mixed Berry, and realized I couldn't just buy Acai juice by itself. The ingredients seemed to indicate the main ingredient is Sweet Potato, and when I drank some, it definately tasted like potato more than Acai.

So what happened? Why did it go big and then utterly vanish? Everyone was drinking the stuff, then poof, gone.
