Is there a food you can’t buy anymore that you miss?

Like when a health regulator removes it or changes it to something unrecognisable?

There used to be a triangle shaped pastry with sour cherry filling in Lidl many years ago. They introduced it again but it doesn't taste the same, they omitted sugar crust on the surface that would balance out the sour taste inside.
