Does anyone else kinda overeat sometimes just cus they don't wanna waste food

Cus i do that and end up not being able to breathe and feeling nauseous 😀

Anytime I go over to my granparents house cuz I ont wanna make them feel bad 😭i end up throwing it up later or not eating to punish myself but likeee
