With different fillings and lots of sauce options.
I use the air fryer to avoid the grease. These are just kale and cabbage. Sesame oil and coconut "soy sauce" with onions, garlic, ginger and a touch of habanero. The sauce is creme fraiche with agave Sriracha.
I eat three every day for lunch. It's just right because I hate heavy food. Especially in the middle of the day.
And hell I'm moving to the city, I love working in food and I hate working for other people...
