What’s your favorite go to food when you’re stressed out?

Today I had a chorizo, soppresatta and cheese tray with garlic bread and a glass of Merlot followed by some chocolate for dessert. Fattening and so bad for you but ohh so good when you’re down in the dumps.

@Summerbreeze45 hi well next tuesday I'm having the rest of my uppers removed. Keeping some of bottoms are worth keeping. Not sure when I'll be getting dentures but have a great woman dentist who I am lucky to have. Plus am diabetic. Been having loss of appetite. Can't eat my beloved sliced cucumbers with ranch dressing anymore and alot of other stuff. Eating is not much fun anymore. Your meal sounds great. Robin Zander likes Merlot too before shows to loosen him up I read somewhere..

@BlueBacon I’m so sorry! I hope you find relief and I also hope you get your dentures sooner than later so you can enjoy these little pleasures again. There’s a lot I have to stay away from as well but can’t hurt once in a while 😊
