What’s your favorite go to food when you’re stressed out?

Today I had a chorizo, soppresatta and cheese tray with garlic bread and a glass of Merlot followed by some chocolate for dessert. Fattening and so bad for you but ohh so good when you’re down in the dumps.

chocolate or Oreos. I try to eat them ahead of time in order to take preventative measures.
