I invented a very popular margarita when i was a barrender. I used Cuervo and that orange-flavored liquer instead of triple sec. The owner of the restaurant had his own homemade sweet and sour and I didn't know the recipe but it made a big difference. Had raw egg white in it.

The Bavarian: 1 part cherry liqueur, 2 parts chocolate liqueur, and 3 parts beer.
