Slobbing-Out Saturday

What's everybody else eating today?


Bacon cheeseburger (no bun) topped with Southern Fried Chicken Goujons, Cajun-blackened Butternut Squash Wedges, Slaw of red & white cabbage, red onion, yellow capsicum and sweetcorn, bound with mayo, ketchup, sweet chilli and horseradish sauce.And a bottle of beer to wash it down.

I had one of my regular go-to suppers:

pasta (spaghetti), with a dressing of prawns, peas, chilli and grated garlic warmed in EV olive oil, seasoned with fresh-ground black pepper and served with shavings of parmigiano.

Accompanied by a glass (or two) of Beaune.
