How is the cheaper 'Honey nut cornflakes' by Tesco, better tasting than the 'Crunchy nut' cornflakes by Kellog's?

I want sometimes prdoucts that are of lesser quality tastes better, but I am curious about this case.
Here are the specifications of the both of the products:

Kellog's:
INGREDIENTS: Maize, sugar, peanuts (6%), barley malt extract, molasses, honey (1%), salt, niacin, iron, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamin, folic acid, vitamin D, vitamin B12.

Tesco:
INGREDIENTS: Maize, Brown Sugar, Peanuts (8%), Sugar, Honey (0.6%), Salt, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Barley Malt Extract, Iron, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin, Thiamin, Folic Acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12.
