I’ve Been Experimenting In The Kitchen….

I love to bake Brazilian Tapioca Cheese Rolls. Don’t want to heat up the oven to bake them now that the air conditioner is needed to cool down the house some days lately. I made half a recipe of the batter and thought I’d try to make mini-waffles. The recipe was exactly enough for 4 mini-waffles. Very chewy and made a good gluten-free sandwich bread. I cut each in half and used them that way.

My next experiment with the batter is to bake mini-pizza crusts in the glass bowl convection oven. Have to bake them one at a time but should be enough for 3-4 pizza crusts. I will top with meat and a few veggies. The batter has enough cheese that it wouldn’t need extra added to it.

@mindlessdrifter They were. I’m gonna try making pizza crusts with the batter and add some meat and veggies. I think it’ll make a good chewy & cheesy thin crust. Will use my small pizza pans and cook them in the glass convection cooker bowl since it’s too warm to bake in my stove right now.
