Have you ever eaten a battered deep fried Mars Bar?
It's something I can't bring myself to try. But people must eat them, otherwise the chip shop would stop selling them. I have had a battered pineapple ring and it was yummy.

Nope, they sell such things at the state fair here. Not something I want to try. When i could still tolerate wheat flour & gluten I did well to eat a single bakery donut and would burp up the flavor for hours. I could make donuts at home with fresh oil and have no problems.
