How many meals do you eat a day?

Me: 3 meals but I feel I need at least 6 lol

@lumberjackslam well my BMI is around 18 still. That's severely underweight! I have a high body metabolism. Always have.

I'm called a bean pole for a good reason! 🤷🏻‍♂️

@lumberjackslam wasn't told to. That's was in the military in the late 70s. Just the diet.
