@KiwiBird name a single foreign based restaurant chain that's as ubiquitous as mcdonalds, burger king, KFC, etc. (and those barely scratch the surface of US cuisine)...

@KiwiBird neither would I, that's the point. Many foreigners seem to think it's indicative of our food; and even though it isn't, and is a poor imitation of it, they still like it...
