Have u been to this restaurant in the past year at all ? 馃 馃嵅 馃嵅 馃嵅

I think it's pretty obvious where this is pictured above. Some people still love it, while others think it's disgusting. Regardless of what you think about the Big Dog, they are still in the game. I only go for what you see on the left. The sandwich was ok. It was nothing to brag about though. Have you been to this restaurant in the past year at all. Did you order anything from there ? I'm listening.

I don't like nor hate them. I do prefer others.

Actually prefer the regular chain restaurants over any fast food places. Unfortunately there are none here. KFC is fast food.

I want to be served at the table, with real seats that are soft and with plates, cups, glasses and silverware and looking at the menu to decide exactly what I want.

Not me going to the server, even to order off a distance limited menu, that you need distance glasses to see. Then seating on a hard fake plastic bench, with cardboard drink containers and then going back to beg for napkins, sugar, ketchup or sauces.

Oh you can't forget about the restrooms. Having to ask permission to even use them!

Here at McDonald's you literally have to ask every time. They won't give you even a code! Is it any wonder that they don't get a large order for more than two or three?

@DeWayfarer It's a public restaurant. You don't need to ask to use the restroom at any of them. I never have anyway. 馃檪
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@Zonuss you do here.

Most places, even places like Denny's, you must ask for a combination code to get into any restroom.

McDonald's won't even give you the code though. You must ask every time to buz the restrooms open.

Heck even their own employees have to ask. The restroom is too far away from the buzzer.
Zonuss41-45, M
@DeWayfarer No buzzers down South. Just a regular push and the dood opens. Just excuse the drunks sitting nearby. 馃き
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@Zonuss wrong kind of buz. 馃檭馃槉

Reason is because of all the homeless. They take baths in the sinks.
Zonuss41-45, M
@DeWayfarer Yes. I know. Some demographics have different security measures in their stores. Door buzzers, steel window bars, etc. Not like that here at all. But there are a lot of cameras here on the beach. 鉀憋笍
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@Zonuss too many miles of beaches here to do that. Plus the Pacific ocean would take care of any cameras on the beaches.

Heck they can't stop it from flooding the cities at times.

Cliffs here would either fall on them from cliff erosion or fall along with the cliffs. Either case get swept away along with the tides.

Needless to say, not many homeless on the beaches. Inland is a different story.

No amount of cameras is going to stop homelessness if you don't have the personnel to move them. The homeless will just make funny faces at the cameras.

Hard enough to just keep up with real criminals.

What they actually do is periodically do sweeps every other month to clear out the homeless. Yet the homeless always come back.

Put them in jail? 馃槅
Some actually want to go to jail!

Three square meals a day and a dry roof over head with heating sounds good to many.

This is all caused by the price of housing being outrageously high all over the state.

The wealthy are only making their own problems worse, by keeping the price of housing too high.

You're not going to chase the homeless out of paradise, when paradise needs no heating nor cooling.

The wealthy think it's too hot at over 80 and too cool below 60. Not so the homeless. 100 degrees is bearable. 40 degrees is easy!
Zonuss41-45, M
@DeWayfarer I believe there should be designated places for the homeless. I mean it is easy to build a $100,000 metal building shelter that can hold 100 people. Put a rehab center inside along with a small area where you can have a church service. If you give them nothing then that is what they will do. Nothing.

@Zonuss ah but that's communism. You can't be promoting communism!

Might as well give them land where they can make their own homes. Can't do that either, that's socialism. Can't be promoting socialism. Might as well give them work at fair wages, so they can afford their own homes.

Oh no can't give them work at fair wages either. That would take away all the profits.

Better to just lock them out of society!
Zonuss41-45, M
@DeWayfarer That's not communism. That's common sense. Branding things just because you disagree with it is useless. We cannot afford to pacify a dysfunctional society over and over again and at the same time makes little to no progress.
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@Zonuss THAT IS SOCIETIES LOGIC!

Try to change it! And you'll get hell and brimstone for your troubles.
Zonuss41-45, M
@DeWayfarer Nobody is trying to change society. But we must find a solution to the problem.
DeWayfarer61-69, M
@Zonuss you won't agree with this. But it's the only way. Get rid of religion out of government as well as limit gross capitalism.

You mentioned churches in your solution. That's part of the problem! Many are homeless because they don't want any part of religion.

Religion and capitalism go hand in hand! Why churches are not taxed. Look at Trumpet's as your example! Don't tax the wealthy! Yet support your local religious charities that as well don't get taxed! Who are supported by the very wealthy!

They even go so far as to make it illegal to give panhandlers!

Signs everywhere here. Support your local charities don't give to panhandlers. By such as such city ordinance. On every business window!

Yet the problem is growing worse day by day! More and more people are becoming homeless!

Remove the churches and charities, remove the gross capitalism. Problem solved!

Let the homeless stay where they were! Let the people about to be homeless stay where they are! Don't increase the rents. Don't push limiting amounts of people staying in dwellings. Don't push separation of men women and children.

The poor will take care of the poor! Believe me I know this. It doesn't take religion.

If only they are allowed to help, without religious pushes.

Even the homeless take care of each other. Why you find them in groups.

BTW some of the rules for public housing specifically state you can not share your public housing with anyone! That's exactly done by the religious organizations!

The moment anyone does share, it's reported by the neighborhood. And bye bye free public housing. And back on the streets.
