@MaliaAgain Are you dieting or watching your sugar intake?

@Musicman im doing a liquid diet/fast. Only drink shakes prescribed by my doctor

@MaliaAgain How is it going? My doctor just told me I am pre diabetic. I have to watch my sugar and carb intake and step up my exercise a little. ☹️

@Musicman its great if you stick to it. Ive lost like 40 pounds in about 3 months. But i really cant eat anything. My blood sugar and blood pressure got back to normal right away. Im supposed to exercise but i dont and still lose the weight

@Musicman no i got used to it pretty fast. The problem is right now around the holidays with food everywhere

@Musicman i cheat... i did so bad last week i gained 1lb, but i had lost 4 the week before so it evens out. I have another 60 to go so i gotta keep myself in check

@Musicman I have the option of doing a meal thats lean protein, side of vegetable, and salad with no fat dressing. Its what i did for Thanksgiving

@MaliaAgain That's what I need to do too. ☹️ My problem is I like mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes and gravy. 😥😥😥

@Musicman i do cheat like nobody's business but only a bite at a time.

@MaliaAgain For Thanksgiving I actually had a whole scoop of mashed potatoes and stuffing with gravy. 😥 Oh my gosh it tasted so good. 😋
