Have you ever had a battered pineapple ring

I love them but they are pretty hard to find now in the fish and chip shops

Wow. I forgot about those. There was a chippy in Sawtry (Cambridgeshire UK) right by S&D OTB that sold them. But that was about 25 years ago when i was over there. God knows how I badly miss proper British fish & chips.
