is mince meat ok to have

i'm wanting to vary my diet a bit as i'm sick of always having fish and vegetables, i manage type 2 diabetes and want to eat wisely and sensibly, i get a big appetitite...i use to love eating beef mince meat and just wanted to know if i could get away with cooking it for myself once in a while?

How about fish, salmon, or meat like chicken and turkey, they're healthier alternatives, beef is great but not as a daily thing
