What the hell

Went to Starbucks and the cashier lady got my order wrong it seems as I went to the bathroom while they were making my drink, I came back and the girl making my drink shared, “you got hot one right as she was talking yo another customer” and I said “no I got cold one” she literally throws my drink and I think she burned her own self and she got upset with me and than she goes tells the other girl and than this girl starts making my drink, and I say mo “it’s with oatmilk” and than this girl throws it he drink and I could feel the negativie energy. This time I decided to just stand right at the counter to make sure they got my drink right and the other girl who burns her own self comes up to me and goes “what do you want” I just said I am just waiting for my drink and she repeatedly kept asking me like getting in my face and at that point I am just like in my head what is going on , like why are they feeding mad at me and being passive aggressive when the first girl who got my order got things wrong not me. My gosh ppl are jerks. I was very polite if you and maybe I guess is why they were still mad because I didn’t maybe respond the way they wanted me to
