if someone asked you to make a perfect sandwich, what kind of bread would you use and what would you include in your sandwich ???

Sprouted grain bread. I doubt I’ve made a perfect sandwich because it’s not something I eat really, so if I made it for myself, probably natural peanut butter and natural jam. The best sandwiches I had were from “Boots,” and “Marks and Spencer’s” over 30-years ago. They know how to make a perfect sandwich, or did back then.
